Return Policy of Vestuario Del Futbol
At Vestuario Del Futbol, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Unique and Clearance Items:
All products marked as “unique” or “clearance” in our store are not eligible for exchange due to the exclusive nature of their model, size, or design. This condition is clearly stated in each product description.
2. Exceptions for Defects or Faults:
If a product has manufacturing defects, the customer has the right to request a return or repair within the time frame established by the Consumer Protection Law.
3. Right of Withdrawal (Online Purchases):
Consumers have 10 calendar days from the date of purchase or receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product. Items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unused, in original condition, and with all accessories, tags, and original packaging intact.
4. Refunds:
Once the returned product is received and its condition is verified, if the return is approved, the customer will receive an email notification confirming that the refund has been processed. If the return is denied due to non-compliance with the conditions outlined above, our Customer Service team will contact the customer. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
5. Purchase Transparency:
Before finalizing the purchase, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions, understanding that the purchased product cannot be exchanged for size, color, or model due to its unique or clearance nature.
6. Return Shipping Costs:
The shipping cost associated with the return of the product will be entirely borne by the buyer. This policy does not apply to items picked up in person.
7. Exceptions:
We do not accept returns of personalized items, perishable goods, or underwear.
